PAYMENT OPTIONS
All credit cards are accepted. At certain volume levels, we can invoice your company, too. Gift cards cannot be used as payment and coupons or any other offers are not valid.
Returns & Exchanges
Items can be returned via our online portal within 60 days of the purchase date.
Your return request will be processed within 14 business days of receiving your package, after which you will get an email confirmation when we’ve initiated a refund.
Restrictions
Items cannot be returned or exchanged at EXPRESS or EXPRESS Factory Outlet store locations.
Items may not be returned if:
The “Do Not Remove” tags have been removed
The item appears to be worn
Purchase date is more than 60 days prior
